Help shape the next VIP Smiles website

We reviewed the public website to understand what to preserve, what to improve, and what staff will need to maintain it. Start with the findings below, then work through the review questions.

309page URLs inventoried
59pages inspected
23evidence screenshots

A practical way to review

  1. Look through the screenshots. Check the mobile issues against what patients and staff experience.
  2. Answer the seven priority questions first. Focus on appointments, account ownership, staff publishing, patient information, and ongoing support.
  3. Review the proposed editing roles. Tell us who should draft, approve, publish, and manage staff access.
  4. Agree the next steps. Record corrections and decisions for the project owner before choosing the replacement technology.

The main findings

Appointments have several entry points

The request page, Contact page, phone links, and chat offer different ways to reach the office. The inspected forms collect requests; they did not show live appointment availability.

Patient intake uses a separate service

A deeper Patient Forms page links to securehealthform.net. We need to confirm who owns that account, how staff use it, and whether it should remain.

Confirm the workflow and ownership →

Mobile access needs attention

Chat and promotion overlays can cover the page. The menu needs clearer accessibility, and the gallery behaved differently after resizing versus a fresh mobile load.

Some content needs practice confirmation

Provider references, aligner product names, plan pricing, promotions, and image permissions need review before copying them into a replacement.

Staff permissions should drive the choice

The proposed workflow separates drafting, clinical review, publishing, and technical administration. These roles are suggestions awaiting your input.

Review who can do what →

Keep valuable existing links working

Services and patient resources use a mixture of old URL patterns. The archive is substantial, and changing technology should not accidentally break those links.

What this review does—and does not—establish

250 URLs are inventoried but not individually inspected. No forms, chats, bookings, or logins were submitted. The external intake flow was not opened. Backend handling, image permissions, and clinical accuracy still need confirmation. No replacement website or management system has been selected.

How to return feedback

Use the numbered questions as a meeting agenda, or print that page and send your answers to the project owner through your usual channel. Include the question number or report section when correcting a finding. This review site does not collect or save responses.
