Screenshot filenames identify their page/section/viewport. Some immediately-after-navigation screenshots in tool output caught a fade-in transition; saved evidence was refreshed where necessary rather than labeling that transition as a persistent contrast defect. The measured mobile menu contrast is based on computed styles, not those faded screenshots.
No complete tablet (768px), zoom, screen-reader, multi-browser/device, full keyboard, or production error-state testing was performed. Header/footer were sampled across pages; not every template or article was visually reviewed. Static HTML inventory and visual coverage are different denominators.
Retrieval note: the initial crawler record for Teeth Whitening retains a failed retrieval with no HTTP status in pages.json. The later successful DOM record in browser-pages.json resolves accessibility of that page in this browser; it does not retroactively assign a 200 status to the failed request. The consolidated inventory uses the successful DOM record and leaves its HTTP status unknown.
